To deliver expert Identity & Access consulting and advisory that helps organisations modernise securely, operate confidently, and achieve measurable strategic outcomes.
Problem
A health insurer was operating a heavily customised on‑prem SailPoint IIQ implementation that was difficult to maintain, limited in automation and not aligned with its cloud‑first strategy.
Solution
As IAM Technical Consultant, led assessment and design for migration to SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including application analysis, integration design, RBAC model definition, and creation of a user access review framework (standards, procedures, templates).
Outcome
Provided a structured migration path toward a SaaS‑aligned IGA platform with clearer roles, SoD controls and access review processes, improving audit readiness and reducing long‑term operational complexity.
Problem
A large university had siloed identity solutions across academic and administrative environments, with inconsistent access models and integration patterns, making it hard to manage access for staff, students and partners.
Solution
As IAM Solution Designer, architected strategic IAM capabilities, defined identity linking and IdP consolidation approaches, and established reusable RBAC and privileged access patterns aligned to the university’s security and identity strategy.
Outcome
Delivered a clearer, more coherent IAM architecture and operating model, enabling projects to follow standard patterns and reducing complexity and risk in how access was granted and governed across the university.
Problem
A large bank relied on a mature but under‑governed CyberArk platform; privileged access was onboarded inconsistently, and policies and monitoring were not aligned to SOX/NIST expectations.
Solution
Acted as PAM expert for the Cyber IAM team, defining how CyberArk should be used across critical banking applications, designing workflows and governance, and integrating with SailPoint, ServiceNow and Splunk to embed approvals, automation and monitoring.
Outcome
Strengthened privileged access controls for high‑risk systems, improved visibility and alerting on privileged activity and provided a pragmatic PAM governance framework usable by security, risk and engineering teams.
Problem
A major public sector organisation had fragmented identity processes, thousands of users and inconsistent access governance across core systems, leading to audit findings and operational overhead.
Solution
Led the managed services uplift of One Identity Manager and Safeguard, standardising joiner/mover/leaver flows, role models and access reviews, and aligning IGA and PAM configurations with NIST and ISO 27001-based controls
.
Outcome
Achieved stable, continuously governed identity operations with reduced access‑related incidents, clearer evidence for audits and a repeatable model for onboarding new applications and privileged accounts
